Brown meat along with first
7 ingredients. Drain off any fat and set aside. Seed chile
peppers and spread on bottom of lightly greased baking dish.
cover with browned meat. sprinkle with cheese. Combine
eggs, cream, and flour and pour over meat mixture. Bake at 375
degrees for 45 minutes (uncovered). Remove from oven. Pour
tomato sauce on top and bake for 10 minutes longer. This pie is
equally delicious omitting the beef mixture.
