Beef, Rice, and Bean Burritos |

1 lb lean ground beef 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1 large clove garlic, crushed 1 Tbs Chili powder 1/2 tsp salt |
3 cups cooked rice 3/4 cup prepared salsa 1 can petite cut tomatoes 1 can refried beans 1 package large flour tortillas |
| In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef,
bell pepper and garlic over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until beef is no
longer pink, breaking beef up into 3/4 inch crumbles. Pour off drippings.
Add can of tomatoes. Season with chili powder and salt. In large nonstick pan, heat refried beans. Add rice to skillet; mix well. Continue cooking 2 minutes or until rice is hot; stir occassionally. Make sure to stir your beans so they do not stick. Stir in meat mixture to your beans; add salsa; heat through. |

| Warm Flour Tortillas. Add mixture to make a burrito. You can add any other toppings you like, onion, sour cream, etc. | |
